Members of local Kiwanis clubs pay annual membership dues to their club. The dues paid by our members goes to support Kiwanis International, NY District and LISW Division.
What do your dues cover?
Kiwanis International dues – $52
Kiwanis International insurance for liability, directors & Officers – $17
Kiwanis International magazine – $8
New York District Dues – $24
Risk Assessment Fee – $5
Total – $106 —-> This is the amount Kiwanis International will bill our club for every member on the roster.
In addition: our LISW Division will send a bill to our club for the following:
Division Dues – $7
Division Milk Fund – $1
Total – $8 —-> This is the amount the Division will bill our club for every member on the roster.
This comes out to $114 per member in yearly dues just to Kiwanis International, NY District, and LISW Division.
Currently, our general membership dues is $125, Valley Stream Kiwanis only keeps $11 of that dues.
